Core Performance: Adopts double-layer independent forming stations, which can produce two different profiles (trapezoidal sheet, corrugated sheet, etc.) simultaneously or separately, saving 50% workshop space. Equipped with PLC touch screen control system, it is easy to set parameters and realize full automatic operation, reducing labor cost. Forming rollers are made of high-quality alloy steel, with high precision (tolerance ≤±0.1mm), smooth profile surface and no burrs.
Applicable Materials & Parameters: Suitable for galvanized steel sheet, color steel sheet, aluminum sheet. The material thickness is 0.3-0.8mm (customizable up to 1.2mm), forming speed is 8-12m/min, and voltage is 380V 3P 50Hz (customizable). The cutting mode is hydraulic, realizing fixed-length cutting with clean and accurate effect.
