This high-efficiency trapezoidal sheet production line is a fully automatic integrated equipment designed for continuous mass production of trapezoidal profiled sheets. It is mainly used for processing color-coated steel coils, galvanized steel coils and other metal coils, widely applied in the manufacturing of roof panels, wall panels and enclosure sheets for steel structure buildings, warehouses, factories and commercial buildings.
The whole production line consists of decoiler, leveling device, roll forming host, hydraulic cutting system, receiving table and PLC electrical control system. It realizes fully automatic operation from uncoiling, feeding, leveling, forming to fixed-length cutting, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost.
The equipment adopts a heavy-duty welded frame structure with strong rigidity and good stability, ensuring stable and reliable operation under long-term high-load working conditions. The forming rollers are made of high-quality alloy steel through precision machining, quenching and hard chrome plating, featuring high wear resistance, long service life and high forming precision. The finished sheets have smooth surface, neat size and good consistency.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, it supports free setting of sheet length, production quantity and running speed. The hydraulic cutting system adopts high-grade mould steel, with fast cutting speed, flat incision and no burrs, effectively reducing material waste. The transmission system is stable with low noise, and the speed can be adjusted steplessly to meet different production capacity requirements.
