“AYLI SHOKHLE” is mastering the production of new sandwich panels

The Turkmenistan manufacturer of sandwich panels “Ayly Shokhle” has mastered new types of products. EP “Ayly Shokhle” purchasedequipment for the production of sandwich panels: three-layer polyurethane foam (PUR) and polyisocyanurate foam (PIR).

Currently, the equipment has been installed by foreign specialists and is ready to go into production. The production base is located in Ashgabat. The monthly production capacity of products is 600,000-80,000 square meters. The store employs five workers per shift.
The performance characteristics of sandwich panels include extremely low thermal conductivity, low density and light weight (thermal insulation density does not exceed 45 kg/cub.m.), and high strength. Sandwich panels are used for thermal insulation of buildings and other structures, as well as in the construction of prefabricated frame buildings for various purposes.
Sandwich panels are characterized by high biostability and low water absorption. The chemical resistance of building materials to toxic substances makes them indispensable in the construction of pesticide storage facilities. The panels retain their structure in the harshest operating conditions, do not deform and last as long as the building itself. In addition to thermal insulation properties, the panel also has good sound insulation properties, reducing noise levels to 35 decibels.
Polyisocyanurate chars when burned and prevents further burning of the polymer. Therefore, sandwich panels have high fire-resistant properties. Its operating temperature can reach 140°C. They have excellent moisture-proof properties and are practically airtight.
Sandwich panels are easy to install due to light locking connections and low weight. The weight of the panel varies from 9 and a half kilograms to 16 kilograms, depending on its thickness. The use of panels in construction allows the construction of a building several times faster than traditional methods (brick, etc.) at any time of the year, regardless of temperature. The panels are attached to an installed metal frame.
The panels are available in wall and roof versions with thicknesses ranging from 50 to 100 mm, lengths from 3 to 12 meters and a width of 1 m. The panels have Z-lock connections or hidden screw connections.
The surface of the panels can be smooth, ribbed, or have different sides: with stiffening ribs in the form of trapezoidal protrusions on one side and microcontours on the other.
For metal sidewalls, cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 0.5-0.7 mm is usually used, either painted or covered with a plastic coating on top.
In addition, our company also began production of metal tiles (1m wide and up to 10m long) for covering buildings and structures.
