 Equipment is critical. It is difficult to produce high quality C section steel by cold rolling, so we used C purlin machine. After the material enters from the tail of the C purlin machine, it is pressed by various pressure rollers, and then the formed C section steel is output from the head.This is not only greatly optimizes the necessary production and processing technology, but also improves the production capacity and ensures that the C section steel products have uniform wall thickness and complex interface shapes.

In order to achieve accurate wall thickness, the mold is composed of a precise upper die and some size specifications of the same size of the lower die in the pressing of C section steel. They will be installed in place before processing, not only to ensure that the upper die and the bottom die can be smooth, but also to ensure that the four peripheral clearance is uniform, so that the pressing of the C section steel wall thickness is uniform
