The Sandwich Composite Board Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic and highly integrated continuous production line dedicated to manufacturing high-quality insulated sandwich panels. It combines uncoiling, sheet leveling, precision roll forming, automatic gluing, core material compounding, pressure bonding, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking into one integrated workflow. Main Machine Components

1. Uncoiling and Leveling System

Equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic uncoiling structure, the system supports automatic unwinding of various metal coil materials including color steel, galvanized steel and aluminum coils. It is matched with a precision leveling device to eliminate sheet deformation, wrinkles and unevenness. With automatic tension control and deviation correction functions, it effectively protects the metal surface from scratches and ensures flat and smooth raw materials for subsequent forming and compounding procedures.

2. Precision Roll Forming Unit

The forming rollers are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel with surface chrome-plating treatment, featuring high hardness, strong deformation resistance and long service life. Adopting multi-station gradual forming design, the unit realizes smooth and precise profiling of metal sheets without material cracking or surface damage. It can flexibly produce various common roof and wall panel profiles with stable forming effect and high product uniformity.

3. Gluing and Composite Laminating System

Fitted with high-precision automatic glue metering and spraying equipment, the machine achieves uniform and quantitative glue coating, ensuring stable and firm bonding strength. It is compatible with multiple core materials such as EPS foam, rock wool, glass wool and PU/PIR foam. The hydraulic pressure compounding structure provides uniform and stable pressing force, which effectively eliminates bubbles and gaps between the metal surface and core material, realizing integrated composite molding and improving the overall structural strength and thermal insulation performance of the panels.

4. Cutting and Automatic Stacking System

Adopting high-precision flying saw cutting technology, the system realizes fixed-length cutting during continuous operation without stopping the machine. The cutting section is flat and smooth with no burrs, ensuring high dimensional accuracy of finished panels. The matching automatic stacking device can complete orderly collection and stacking of finished products, reducing manual intervention, improving production continuity and saving labor costs.

5. Intelligent Control System

The whole production line adopts mature PLC intelligent control system and humanized touch screen operation interface. The whole production process is automatically monitored and intelligently adjusted, with real-time fault detection and alarm functions. It supports multi-language switching, simple and convenient operation, and is equipped with complete safety protection functions such as emergency stop, overload protection and phase loss protection to ensure safe and stable long-term operation of the equipment.
