Working Flow
- Decoiling: Automatic hydraulic decoiler unwinds raw metal coils steadily and continuously.
- Leveling: Equipped with a precision leveling device to eliminate coil stress and ensure flat sheet feeding.
- Feeding & Guiding: Servo motor-driven feeding system with accurate positioning and stable material conveying.
- Roll Forming: Multi-stage (16-22 stations) progressive cold roll forming system gradually bends flat sheets into preset 560 arc profiles.
- Hydraulic Cutting: High-precision flying cut-off device with servo control cuts panels to pre-set lengths with tolerance ≤±1mm.
