This machine is a piece of high-efficiency, fully automatic cold roll forming equipment specially designed for manufacturing high-precision arc-shaped color steel single panels. It integrates automatic uncoiling, leveling, feeding, roll forming, arc bending, fixed-length cutting and finished product output, which is widely used in the production of arched roof panels, curved wall panels, garage door panels, canopy panels and other building decoration metal parts.
Adopting a heavy-duty welded steel frame structure, the equipment features high rigidity, stable operation and low vibration, ensuring long-term stable processing accuracy. The multi-pass progressive forming roller system is precisely designed and manufactured with high-quality alloy steel, quenched and hard chrome plated, which can gradually shape the sheet into a smooth and even arc surface without scratches, wrinkles or springback.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and human-machine touch screen, it supports precise adjustment of forming speed, cutting length and arc radian, realizing fully automatic and high-stability production. The main drive adopts variable frequency speed regulation, with reliable performance, low energy consumption and low noise. It is suitable for color steel plates, galvanized steel plates and other metal sheets with thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm.
With the advantages of high forming precision, good consistency, high production efficiency and easy operation, the machine can be customized according to customer requirements for different plate widths, profile models and arc radii, providing an ideal solution for high-standard color steel forming and steel structure processing enterprises.
