Xinnuo double-deck roll former is mainly consisted of 3 parts: material feeding, roll forming. and shearing. PLC control and electrical pumping system is equipped for high automation. This kind of roll former is designed with double-line chain, whose pressure is distributed evenly on each point. The adoption of Cr12 molybdenumvanadium steel for the roll former’s cutting blades allows for high hardness and high wear resistance. Panels produced by the roll forming machine feature high smoothness and flatness.

Double-deck roll former is mainly applied in making wall panels for plants, warehouses, garage, hangar, stadium, exhibition hall, theater, among other buildings.
