1. Full-Automatic Integrated Operation

Equipped with an intelligent CNC control system and a 15-inch industrial touch screen, it supports one-click programming, visual graphic editing and real-time processing simulation, which reduces programming time by 80% and avoids input errors and material waste. The digital display can realize precise positioning of the cutter position, with an accuracy of up to ±0.01mm, which is convenient for operators to adjust parameters quickly. The system can retain historical size data. After inputting the groove pitch, other related parts can be in place with one key, which simplifies the operation process and shortens the parameter adjustment time for product replacement. 5. Stable & Durable Structure

The machine body is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel, which is integrally formed by CNC machining center after tempering treatment to eliminate welding stress, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of each installation surface, with strong overall rigidity and vibration resistance. The workbench is made of carbon tool steel, which is quenched at high frequency, with a hardness of 55-60HRC, effectively preventing scratches and deformation, and ensuring the flatness of the workbench is ≤±0.03mm. The integrated tool holder and automatic self-lubricating system reduce friction loss and extend the service life of the tool and equipment. The two automatic blade sharpeners can keep the blade sharp for a long time, ensuring the smoothness of the groove edge without burrs and deformation.
